Customer Question

we had a lightening strike today...the RS4 panel in the house froze with pump and cleaner lights on but no pump or cleaner was actually on. The outside panel works fine so I have the pump and cleaner on using the service mode. I turned off the breaker to everything and truned it back on just to see if that the inside panel has every single light lit up and it says in the readout screen: 6700 Rev C
What does that mean?

the inside panel is defective now. It is "confused" by the surge. I am sorry but this most commonly can only be remedied by replacement
