when you tested fuse link....did you test across the switch and get 560?
You need at least 500mv to the valve to operate it. It sounds like something is robbing the mv somewhere. Have by passed each control to see if it starts with a given control bypassed?
use reply please

I have 560 coming from the switch going to the temp board. I plugged the wire from the switch 560 into TH and it didn't start.
I did a millivolt loss test from PP-TH to TH and got 50mv (OK 80mv or less)

pressure switch that is. I have 560 going to the temp board THPP and 360 coming out at TH going to TH at the valve. PP has 560 going into the temp board, the thermistor resistance is correct and the temp control valve goes to 0 resistance when turned up.

Thank you.
It would appear the temp control board is defective.
The new solid state temp control is part R0058200
