I have a Master Spa Twilight Series TS 7.2 seems to keep

Customer Question

Hello I have a Master Spa Twilight Series TS 7.2 seems to keep running the heater regardless of setting on "Rest" and temperature set to 60 degrees (low range). It still shows 102 degrees after 48 hours. What is causing that and how do you turn the heater off?

Hello,
if you adjust the temp manually to 100 does the heater shut down?
Is it just that it is not running a schedule?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The Master Spa has the manual setting which we set to 65 degrees, the system seems to still be heating during the filter cycle (currently set for 2 hours a day during "rest" mode) despite the fact that the temperature is still at 102 degrees. I don't notice the heater running otherwise, although I am not positive how to verify if the "hearter" is running or not.

Thank you..
items that need checked...
temp sensor
circuit board for hot spots
my bet is circuit board is running its own pattern disregarding manual input. You can confirm by seeing if the heater is receiving power during a filter cycle.
