My control panel is displaying a sensor failure and the heater is not working

If your flow sensor is not working the heater will
not work.
(Located in the water line in front of the heater )
First check the wiring to the sensor, its connections,
and then the sensor
Replacing the sensor should correct the problem.
Other causes:
restricted or blocked flow ( dirty filter or clogged.'
Bad control board
