Unfortunately this fault is often an indication of a bad control
It is something you may be able to repair or replace yourself
if you do most if your own pool repair.
First check for any loose or broken wires.
If all of these are ok it is likely lightning a power surge or just a component failure has damaged
the board.
You may opt to have it professionally
replaced so you can possibly get a warranty on the new part.
Some suppliers will not warrant boards that are
not professionally installed.
