VerifiedHello, I am here to help you today. Are you showing an error code? If not and there is no heat then the circulation pump (small circ pump) may not be working. If this small pump isn't working then the spa will not heat AND it does not throw an error code. Check the flow switch before the circ pump as well to see if it is clogged (should be a clear piece with an arrow on it before the circ pump). The circ pump and heated water come in a small hole in the bottom of the tub. Check to see if water is coming out that hole.
