Customer Question

I have a Jandy Aqualink RS with a wireless controller. When in SPA mode the air temp and water temp shown on the remote control screen are correct. When in pool mode, the air temp is correct, but the water temp is either showing the air temp, or one degree below the air temp.
There is only one thermostat for both the pool water and the spa water, yet the pool water reading is incorrect. Since the pool water temp is reading so high, the heater does not turn on.
Example from today:
SPA readings
Air 105 degrees
Water 84 degrees
POOL readings
Air 105 degrees
Water 104 degrees
I have the heater set for 88, but based upon the pool readings the heater stays in enabled mode, it won't turn on.

From what you are stating, sounds like you have a faulty PC Board.
