I have a dynasty Excalibur series. Replaced the pressure switch, replaced the entire heater, the three lights are still flashing. I took out the filters ran the pumps still flashing

With everything you have replacedthat would leave the control boardas the problem. Check all the connections to it before you replace it. Look for corroded or loose conections.
