RF rattle over bumpy roads. Recent major suspension work done. Rattle has always been there. No feel just noise.

It sounds like you have replaced just about everything. Only thing related to steering/suspension that could make a noise that hasn't been replaced is the ball joint. I would also consider the possibility that one of the new parts are the problem. Most common causes are sway bar bushings and struts.. You could completely disconnect sway bar to see if noise stops this would prove problem is bushing or link. If not then ball joint or shock. 97 ford probe 4 cylinder 5 speed manual trans. clutch and assist cylinder have been replaced recently. Clutch pedal does not fully return. It disengages but doesn't return the last inch. Is there a spring involved?
