Hello, my name is ***** ***** I'm here to help get your problem solved.

Ask Your Own Pontiac Question

It sounds like the head gasket has failed, this will continue to push air into cooling system causing bubbles which stops coolant from flowing which makes heat cold. At this point I'd recommend doing a cooling system pressure test and a block test, if it doesn't hold pressure or shows exhaust gas in coolant this would mean the headgasket has failed. It is about a 10 hour job to replace the head gaskets. Let me know if you have questions, thanks.
