My 95 bonniville died at a light then windows aren't getting

my 95 bonniville died at a light then windows aren't getting enough power to roll up or down jumped it and it started off a truck battery drove it few blocks home then let it idle and it died again . Replaced the alternator assuming that's the problem and charged battery still doing same thing any ideas ?

You may have a cable/connection issue, the problem may be the battery or there could definitely be an issue with the replacement alternator. If it was allowed to run until the battery died then it needs to be charged at the least.

Has the battery been load tested?
