Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are several things that will cause a no crank condition but if the fuel pump also does not run then odds are the powertrain control module is not awake. This could be due to either an internal failure or a loss of power or ground to it.

If fuses are good then the next step would be to use a scan tool to see if the PCM communicates. If it does not then the PCM powers and grounds will need to be tested and if ok then it can be condemned. If it's missing a power or ground then that circuit will need to be investigated further.
