First Pontiac replaced my key in 2014, the key wifi not

First Pontiac replaced my key in 2014, the key wifi not unlock drivers door only passenger door. Now it has started overheating. I replaced the relays got fan to kick on only one time. Tested relays socket no power or fire wha is up on this 2004 gran am.
JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
Customer: It started 2 weeks ago. It started running hot.
JA: What is the model/year of your Pontiac?
Customer: 2004 Pontiac gran am 6cyl
JA: Are you fixing your Grand Am yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Replaced relay sensors. Coolant cap. My test or gets fire to fuses and other realms but not the radiator coolant relays
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

When running and you turn the AC on does the engine cooling fan then come on?

There looks to be more wrong here than just the fan. Do you have a scan tool to monitor the coolant temp reading and the computers signal to the fan?
