Hello my name is ***** ***** I'll be happy to assist you today, unfortunately there is nothing it can be done to unlock the radio without using the scan tool, the dealership scan tool need to be install in the vehicle to perform a radio set up, there is no need to reprogram but it need to be set up with the scan tool from the dealership.
