can you tell me the year and make and model and what is your question ?

Did oil change change spark plugs cleaned and washed out air filter
noticed the terminal bolt was stripped on the native side
Noticed in the process of putting a new bolt in it , it was loose and spark plug was sparking and then the anti-theft system activate and now we cannot start the car we tride all the little door tricks can u u help

stock security mode will NOT stop the engine from cranking over physically

can you see when you hold the key to CRANK position if the small purple wire shows 12 volts at the small terminal on the starter solenoid ?

Sorry don't have a volt meater what are u thinking the starter seilmod is bad

we need to see if the wire i said shows 12 volts when you hold the key to crank and see if the big power wire to the solenoid that comes right from the positive battery cable has 12 volts at it

can you check the fuse called IGN MAIN 1 a 40 amp big fuse in the under hood fuse box and see if that fuse is blow or if any others are blown in that fuse box ?

yes if the starter has tested good for those 2 wires like i said then the starter can be bad
