Hello, sorry for the wait.

Does it start right back up after it stalls?

Expert:  Virtual Wrench replied 1 year ago.

If it does, then the Idle control valve is either sticking because of carbon buildup on the tip of the valve, or it needs replaced. If its the original one i would just replace it. They only last about 100K miles anyway and they are only about 35 bucks. Below is a couple of diagrams showing what it looks like and where its located on the throttle body.

My goal is that you are 100% happy with my answer(s). I strive for a positive rating. It's the only way i get credit. If you have further questions PLEASE just reply and i will work with you as long as possible.
