The theftlock? It is not turned on when I try starting. But it was blinking when I entered the car

ok, then it is not in the theft system, if it were, there would be a security light illuminated when you try to start it, do you have a test light or a volt meter? I can help you diagnose this?

have you tried putting the shifter in nuetral, and seeing if it starts?

Just tried it won't start while in neutral

Well my dad came home and checked the battery because I didn't know how, he said it was good and he cleaned the connected for the positive and negative connectors
