Customer Question

I have a 2009 Pontiac Vibe. The battery went dead. My son went to jump start it, got the cables switched for a few seconds, realized they were backward, got them connected properly and started the car. Now when he presses the gas pedal there is no response (the engine does not rev). Could it be a fuse or relay or do you think it might be the throttle body?

Okay remove both battery cables and rub them together maybe even clamp them together for a few minutes then rehook them crank the car up and let it idle, should cure your problem
