i have a 2001 aztek and we changed the water pump and thermostat but it still seems to run hot, do i need to bleed or burp the hoses or something

Hello. When was it running hot before the work was done?

There is a bleeder valve on the thermostat housing, when you refilled the system, did you open this valve to allow the air to escape?
