2002 grand prix been sitting 2 yrs replaced fuel pump &

2002 grand prix been sitting 2 yrs replaced fuel pump & filter flushed lines .Veh still won't start without injecting fuel into air intake. pressure gauge on rail shows no pressure, getting fuel through test port. pressure directly at pump 90psi. I suspect fuel pressure regulator but can't find. HELP

once you inject fuel in will the car start up and run fine until shut off again ?

or only run on the fuel added ?

here is the picture of the regulator on the fuel rail can you pull off the regulator and see if it is clogged up with old dried up gas debris ?

just remove the snap ring and pull out on the regulator to remove it
