Hello my name is ***** ***** I'll be happy to help you today, in order to disconnect the cellular phone feature on the vehicle you will have to remove the fuse that is named onstar in the fuse block that is on the right side of the center console, the cellular phone feature is integrated in the onstar module once you remove the fuse the onstar system will not be able to work. Was the radio working ok before that happen?
