this code is caused by a defective clockspring and is a very common failure

 

the clockspring is under the steering wheel.

you need a special too to pull the driver air bag and the steering wheel

I would recommend you bring it in to have it changed if you do not have the tools labor to change the Clockspring (COIL) is 1.5 hours or would cost 150 dollars
