I did not see any component or component location to make an idle speed adjustment at? Does something needed to be cleaned with carb cleaner, etc. Is there a linkage stop adjustment that needs to be reset? Is this onset of a very low fluctuating idle indicative of some problem with a sensor? The engine type is a N1ZZ-E85ZN, if I'm reading the correct info. off the block.

I have not removed the plastic cover off the top of the engine. There maybe something that looks like a fuel injector body and linkage under there. Sorry about being so vague in my original question.
