Had good pressure both ways before battery replacement?

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the batteries?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
tried that first. No change. Full pressure from sensor, trickle without sensor. Even with batteries removed. Worked fine before battery replacement
Expert:  WCohn replied 8 months ago.

Well, this seems to have been a problem in the past. What was the date of purchase.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Perhaps 2 years ago

Worked fine from the outset and through a couple of battery changes. Sensor stopped working a week ago. Figured it was batteries, which I replaced; resulting in the flow problem described

YOU AREN'T THE ONLY ONE!!

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I think the controller is struggling. Some element of the logic board has failed; perhaps in part from power surge caused by battery installation. When I first replaced batteries today I witnessed the oft reported "water won't turn off at all" problem. That's resolved and replaced by this new problem
Expert:  WCohn replied 8 months ago.

Well, I think you are right. I was hoping to solve this myself, but I'm afraid you need to call 1(800) BUY-MOEN. They will send you what you need.

To be fair, you were responsive, but didn't provide any more information than I discovered on my own.
Expert:  WCohn replied 8 months ago.

Fair enough, but I will be BAAACK =)

Did you clean the filters? There is a filter in the control box. It is one port that maybe bypasses the solenoid valve.

See here!
