Well, I think you are right. I was hoping to solve this myself, but I'm afraid you need to call 1(800) BUY-MOEN. They will send you what you need.

Did you clean the filters? There is a filter in the control box. It is one port that maybe bypasses the solenoid valve.
I've searched everywhere and can't find anything else. Please let me know what you find. Best of Luck!
