House built in 1967, american standard two valve shower leaking at spout, upon removal of handle and chrome bits valve housing appears to not be hex nut behind tile but exposed and requiring a spanner type wrence for removal, been sprayed with PB blaster and stuck
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: tried to repair a year ago, leak has worsened other than that about an hour
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Customer: tile shower, very difficult to access valve housing behind wall
