Have installed model # 2016-40 Waste Water Transfer System

Customer Question

Have installed model # 2016-40 Waste Water Transfer System per instructions. Everything works, but system does not completely evacuate the bowl. At times toilet paper does not flush and we have a marble sized "floater" which doesn't evacuate at all. Level of water in bowl seem consistently high. What adjustments need to be made. System consists of toilet and lavatory.

Rick, this is a basement (below level) masurator (grinder) system which pumps up to the sewer level

This isn't a macerating toilet, but a basin that catches a toilet's and lav's waste?
