Hello my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you

Expert:  WCohn replied 1 year ago.

Did it fall into the top?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Please write. I am in Australia
Expert:  WCohn replied 1 year ago.

Unplug the unit and reach inside and feel for it.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Allen wrench is stuck in waste disposal unit
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The wrench is stuck in the apparture provided for it at the bottom of the unit.I used it to free the unit successfully and now I can not get it out.
Expert:  WCohn replied 1 year ago.

Oh that might be easier. Spray it with penetrating oil and tap it with a hammer.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have done that .This is a nearly new unit .I have also tried tapping it with a hammer and turning the unit off and on quickly. Off course the wrench spins around with the unit when it is on.
Expert:  WCohn replied 1 year ago.

Did you use the wrong size?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No I did not. The wrench head slipped in easily and a few quick turns freed the fly wheel and the unit works perfectly now Except the fact that the wrench is still firmly attached
Expert:  WCohn replied 1 year ago.

Only thing to do it tap down on it.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have done that repeatedly in innumerable different ways
Expert:  WCohn replied 1 year ago.

Can you pry on it? Or vice grips?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Tried all these methods
Expert:  WCohn replied 1 year ago.

I've got nothing else. I'll opt out. Do not respond until another plumber answers.
