Customer Question

Yesterday I rebuilt an Iowa yard hydrant. Things went as expected except the handle will not fold down and click as it should. The unit does work except for that problem. I think the problem may be that the pipe was old and rusty and, in tightening the head, it went down approx 2 more turns. I can't see an adjustment on the faucet. What should I do in this situation?
