My toilet is running constantly, but I don't even know how to ask the question. Doesn't look like a regular toilet inside

Hi this is Mike and here is what you need to try, and let me know if works.

Here is how to fix your running toilet

I see you have the water off good!

Now turn the red cap and remove the guts wipe down the black gasket and remove anything that is stuck in there then replace the guts and secure the cap now insert the white tubing in the middle of the plunger assembly and check it the float gasket in the bottom is clean.

Turn the water on sloooooowly and see if it still leaking, if it does because the water level is above the water line then adjusts the float to a lower point, if it still leaking then a $14.00 replacement part is in order.
