I have the replacement flush valve for a water ridge one piece dual flush toilet but no instructions so not sure how to do it

Are you sure it's the flush valve that needs to be replaced? Not just a flapper or an adjustment to the fill valve?

If it the flush valve that needs replaced, since it is a one piece toilet it needs to be done from inside the tank. There are usually three screws around the base of the valve.
