I'm only getting hot water in all the faucets and even the toilet. Recently replaced the circulator pump and the shut off valves at the gas hot water heater

I'm assuming you are referring to a hot water re-circulation pump. Is the pump direction of flow arrow pointing to the tank? did you check/replace the check valve on the return line?
