Customer Question

We have a Laars Endurance combi unit that is 15 years old. It was leaking a couple of days ago and the plumber came to repair the broken internal drain. At the same time he replaced the expansion tank and the relief valve. After the plumber, Serv Pro arrived to start repairing the water damage from the leak. They removed the door to the utility room and set up industrial fans and humidifiers all around it and in the adjacent pantry. The rooms just kept getting hotter and hotter. The front panel of the unit is quite hot. We got a reading of 105 degrees in the pantry. It is 1 am here and not sure if I should shut down the unit. It is 22 degrees outside. Is this an emergency?
