I have a new rheem tankless water heater. Model

I have a new rheem tankless water heater. Model no.PTG-74PVP-2 serial no. PJLP 0607 900099. I just installed it 3 days ago. I can't get it to fire. Remote shows error code 11. Any ideas?

Error code 11 is no ignition .

You have replaced and bled the gas line.

  1. Check your wiring to make sure the unit is grounded.
  2. Check alignment of igniter
  3. check gas supply is correct

The inline is a good item but can require changes to existing lines.
