Customer Question

Hello, I have a toilet in which the water will not shut off. I have replaced the fill valve and the flush valve assembly, but I cannOT correct the problem. What happens is the fill valve discharges water from the fill tube until it reaches the float point
and then it shuts off. However water still comes out from somewhere else as I can hear it running. The water level rises continuously until it enters the overflow pipe. Is there a setting I need to change?
