Ok, have you tried replacing the batteries? Also try this unplug the battery box from the control unit under the sink. Double check to make sure the batteries are installed in the right direction then plug the cord back into the bottom of the control box. Be sure it's in all the way also be sure no one is withe 3' of the electric eye on the faucet for at least 30 seconds after you plug it back in. If that doesn't work then you could have a defective faucet and you'll need to call Moen at
