Customer Question

I have an outdoor faucet that leaks when the faucet is turned off inside. I can nor remove the entire faucet as it is cemented into brick so I took off the handle part went to Home Depot and you have to buy the faucet even though I didn't need the whole thing. Unscrewed the faucet part in the hopes to replace put it in and the water stops but the problem is the nut does meet the threads and there is a little gap and it won't grab the threads.

Could you post pics of the original and the replacement you bought? I could give you more guidance that way.
