Hi. Can you describe me how is made the whole water path, from how the well is made to how the water is pumped from it? Is that an open to air well?

A water infusion of Rheum leaves is usually enough and is not a long lasting toxic compound to reach the well water.
If the nest is under a concrete slab, you can dig a little ditch around it and maintain it flooded for a week to starve the nest.
You can spray vinegar into the building (not on anything metalic as it promote rust). It make them really hard to find their chemical path.
If you can borrow some chickens, no ant will remain after they are around the building for some days.
