If a surgeon and patient agree on what is to be done before your first surgery, then that is what should be done. If they are not reasonable with you, then you should ask for copies of your photos before surgery and take them to another board certified plastic surgeon for another opinion. You may have a legal issue if your surgeon agreed to perform everything you and he discussed and he charged you for it and he didn't do that. He should agree to do what is right.
