VerifiedPlastic Surgeon : Thank you for your question. A tummy tuck (abdominal lipectomy) is really enough surgery to go through at one time and recover in eventfully from this. The surgery for the medial thighs can be done at the same time but this would make recovery more difficult with ambulation. Surgery of the chin is more than likely a facelift and not suggested at the same time as other surgeries. With doing multiple areas at the same time, the chance of infection and poor healing is definitely increased. I am available if you have more questions.
