The approach to the neck in a male is particularly an issue. Visable scars are simply the last thing a male , or any patient wants. I assume you are not overweight and that you have a good projection of your jaw.

as i wrote, i am in good shape and I am native american with darker that light complexion but not heavy dark complexion.

OK...good. Did either of your parents have a simliar neck line.....the reason for this question is to determine if there is family tendency for your neck. Typically a healthy 45 yo male's neck is not loose or saggy, unless he has lost excessive weight or has a deposition of fat just below the jawline. The real issue is the extent of sagginess. Because of the beard of a male there really are no truly effective non-invasive treatments. If you have early muscle bands in the central neck, they are best treated surgically. Non-invasive treatments like Thermage are expensive and not effective.

I would suggest you consult a board certified plastic surgeon in Albuquerque...The least invasive technique involves a small incision below the central jaw, tightening the platysma muscles and lipo suction any residual fat from the area. An additional incision is made behind each ear lobe and the lateral neck area is liposuctioned. This is very nice procedure, relatively non-invasive and not too expensive.
