Thanks for your questions. At this time (6 months), you are well recovered and should be able to begin an exercise program. You should begin slowly, then slowly increase. Pushups,lifting weights over the chest, and moving your arms should not cause any problems. Because you are thin, the small breast covering the implant and thin skin may make the implant slightly feelable. You should be able to begin lifting a few kilos now and over the next several weeks add a few kilos lifting . This will not prevent breasts from eventual sagging, but will make you more fit. These excercises will not be bad for breast implants. Sagging of the breast is not caused by exercising but is caused by genetics and aging, loose skin. Sagging is not likely to occur soon and when and if it does occur eventually, a surgical breast lift can be done to help you look good. Meanwhile, excercising and weight lifing will help you control weight and look and feel stronger.
