Thanks for this question. It is important to know when your blepharoplasty (eyelid) surgery was performed. Sometimes when the suturing and eventual scar forms, there is lumpiness or overlapping. This may be due to some small amount of bleeding or scar tissue formation. This often dissappears within a few weeks but can take as long as several months. If the "overlapping" is still noticeable after 6 months, then there is liklihood that this appearence will continue unless some repair is done. This is no ones fault, but your surgeon will need to evaluate and determine if a small corrective surgery is necessary. He or she probably will do this for you for no charge.
