VerifiedPlastic Surgeon : There are a number of concerns I would have about having this surgery in Costa Rica. Have you had a consultation in person with him? Who is going to do the follow up after surgery for 6 months to 12 months? That is noel healing time. The cost of the surgery is important but not as important as who does the surgery.

Plastic Surgeon : I do not know the doctor you have mentioned. Any doctor can say anything they want. You should Google this doctor and also look online at the American Board of Plastic Surgey website. Seven days of follow up is not nearly enough follow up for the surgery you desire.

By the way, I was not able to access your pictures without knowing your name. You should be very careful with this surgery. You will really have a lot of swelling with eyelid surgery and nasal surgery at the same time. This may affect the final result. You will need follow up for a minimum of 6 months.
