This is a complex situation. This much excess weight is not healthy for your organs and bones. Perhaps you should get an evaluation for a surgical (bariatric) procedure that can result in weight loss. The Hashimoto's thyroiditis and the depression should be under control and for this you will need medical consultants. After this, some considerable weight loss for at least 6 mos---a weight of about 150 pounds---, then a plastic surgeon would consider a "tummy tuck" and perhaps other procedures to help create a better appearence.
