My phone is not working when I try to make a call it says that I don't have a SIM card but my phone doesn't need one I have a zmax 11

Step 1: Power reset of the device:

To begin, let's try power cycling the device to see if it's a software issue:

Turn off the device using the power button.
Wait for at least 5 minutes.
Turn the device back on.

If a simple power reset doesn't resolve the issue, I would suggest proceeding to step 2 below:

Step 2: Resetting the device.

Turn off the device.
Press and hold the power button, volume up button, and home key simultaneously until the logo appears, then release only the power button.
From the Android system recovery screen, select wipe data/factory reset.
Select Yes -- delete all user data.
Select reboot system now.
