Please let me repeat by saying we are not Panasonic we are an independent, paid-support site. If you got to us in error I apologize But since you are here let me give you some advice. A replacement set of batteries can be purchased locally for about $3.00 I know the principal is they should have supplied you good batteries and they should pay for there mistake. But in the essence of time and aggravation. Would it not be easier to just purchase a set of batteries? If you do want to contact Panasonic you would need to contact them at(###) ###-####and request a set of batteries.
