I have a KX-TG7875S...

I have a KX-TG7875S cordless phone that I purchased from Amazon on 4/19/2018. Two of the five handsets do not charge or do not hold a charge. What should I do since the product is still under warranty?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your KX-TG7875S? What have you tried so far?

For a few months now. We have tried switching the handsets between the chargers. We have done that so many times now I don't know which ones are which. The main charging base seems to be the primary one that does not charge.

Initially and to avoid asking you to do something you've already tried, can you please tell me what / any and all troubleshooting / specific steps you've already attempted other than / to address the above....+ with as much background information

Have you tried / can you try:

cleaning the charging contacts both of the handsets and the charging cradle/docks;
removing the batteries and cleaning battery terminals.

I can try doing that, but my main concern is how do I file a warranty claim with Panasonic if these suggestions don't help any.
