Someone tried to reach me 3 times but I never heard the phone ring or was a msg recorded on base phone.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?

I missed a very important msg this morning because phone did not ring for 3 calls. No msg recorded.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?

This is ;not a smart phone - it is a Panasonic with I.D and a msg feature. When the person cld this afternoon he said call went to my secondary recorded msg. The phone rang as normal this afternoon.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your KX-TG667L? What have you tried so far?

For last few weeks every once in awhile somesays I did not answer phone. I was in same room with phone this morning/ Correction on Model # KX-TG6671 and 72

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?

It is an old phone, but has worked great until last few weeks. I still receive recorded msgs on the base screen.
