We have Panasonic KX-TG785SK...

We have Panasonic KX-TG785SK DECT 6.0 5-Handset Cordless Phones, which we purchased about 10-11 months ago, and recently we are experiencing disconnects while we are in the middle of a conversation. This sometimes occurs 4-5 times per day. The other party keeps talking, and we can hear them, but they can't hear us, and we just hear them saying "Hello, Hello." Trying to isolate whether the problem is with our phones or with our Cox phone service. Any thoughts?

2) Are the ANY OTHER service from the provider (Cox), such as Internet or TV services?
3) Do you have ANY other phones (NOT part of the Panasonic system) attached to this same phone line and if so, can these other phones be used DURING this issue - to successfully continue your 2-way conversation?
