Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of any issue with your phone(s).
If you still need help with this issue, may I ask:
1) When mentioning that the "base works but answering machine and satelites are down", what functions of the BASE still work? For example, does the SPEAKERPHONE capability of the MAIN BASE still function?
2) How many TOTAL cordless handsets do you have with this system, and is ANYTHING unusual on the cordless handset DISPLAY(S)?
3) What landline phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
4) Do you have ANY other phones (NOT part of the Panasonic system) attached to this same phone line and if so, are they working properly?

The speakerphone does not work, there are four sattelites

Thanks for that detail.

From those symptoms - it sounds like the MAIN BASE is NOT getting POWER - from its AC power adapter.

Please CHECK that the AC adapter is FULLY connected at both ends (at the MAIN BASE and the AC outlet).

Also, the AC adapters for these units MAY be "warm" - which is normal during operation. So please "feel" the adapter - to check that it is not "too hot".

May I ask if you have ANY WAY to TEST that AC adapter?

One SIMPLE test would be to MOVE it and the MAIN BASE - to a DIFFERENT AC outlet - to see if the main base powers up and the "No link" messages go away on the cordless handsets.

Also, according to my notes, the AC adapters for the Cordless "chargers" SHOULD be the same part number as the adapter for the MAIN BASE.

So you should be able to "swap" one of those AC adapters with the base, to TEST if this is an adapter issue OR a base issue.
